1/2 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 T. flax seed meal
1/2 T. (or more) whey protein powder
5 frozen strawberries (big bag from costco)
1 banana
1 T. frozen orange juice concentrate
lots of ice cubes
blend away. i like lots of ice cubes since they make it a bigger smoothie with less calories. i also vary the amount of whey powder depending on whether or not i need more protein for that day.

Sounds delicious! I can't wait to try it! My kids love smoothies too - it's a great way to get them to eat their fruits.
